Parking at the Ceremony

Some information on parking lots around the Temple:

Recommended:

Little Tokyo Mall Parking on 1st St. - the parking structure access is through a garage next to the Miyako Inn Hotel.

There is an alternate entrance to the same structure on San Pedro between 1st and 2nd St. (next to Union Bank) - $4 flat rate

For those of you that want an address to get your Google map directions here is the address to the Miyako Inn Hotel which is located right next to the garage:

328 East 1st St., Los Angeles, CA 90012

Others:

Advanced Parking System on corner of 1st and Central Ave. - $6.50 flat rate

5 Star Parking on 2nd St. - $4 flat rate
From this structure you can get to the temple by walking through the Japanese Village Plaza from 2nd St. to 1st St.

Ceremony will begin promptly at 2pm

Hello all!

It is a month away :) We learned that the ceremony will begin promptly at 2pm. You will also want to take into consideration that parking and walking to the temple may take some time. Please plan to arrive around 30 minutes early to allow for locating parking and walking. Thanks for working with us on this tricky aspect of our ceremony.

We will have directions from the temple to the reception printed for you at the ceremony. There will be free parking at the reception. So don't worry about reception parking ;>
